Face to face treatment
Subsequent to the Scottish Governments guidelines we can offer face to face appointments. We have implemented the recommended infection control measures to ensure your safety.
Many of our patients are vulnerable and nervous about the lifting of restrictions. We are very respectful of their feelings, and also wish to ensure that the physiotherapy practice is maintained as safe as possible. The wearing of face coverings is advised in health care settings.
If you have any questions please call the practice on 01334 477398
Covid-19 Infection control measures
Following an initial telephone conversation, we can arrange a face to face consultation for you at the practice. We will ask you to confirm whether or not you or anyone in your household or that you are in contact with is experiencing any of the symptoms of Covid -19.
On arrival
We ask you do not enter the practice until your exact appointment time as we have limited waiting facilities. Please wear a face mask or covering that you are comfortable with for the duration of your appointment unless exempt.
Entering the clinic
When you enter the building, please use hand sanitizer provided from the dispenser on your left and make your way to the reception area. Only the patient with the appointment should attend the practice where possible.
PPE
Your physiotherapist will be wearing PPE in accordance with the guidelines as set out by the Scottish Government.
